The Yen So Sewage Treatment Plant and Yen So Park represent a transformative milestone in Hanoi's urban journey. Before this intervention, the city faced a critical shortage of modern sewage infrastructure, leading to the contamination of local waterways and serious concerns for public health. By leveraging our deep expertise in drainage and wastewater management, we worked in close partnership with the Hanoi People's Committee to restore the environmental health of this precinct as part of our maiden township development, Gamuda City.

The project is a remarkable turnaround story that breathes new life into one of the city's most polluted and inhospitable areas. At its heart is a high-capacity treatment plant that processes a significant volume of wastewater every day, preventing further degradation of the local ecosystem and improving the water quality in surrounding rivers and drains. Alongside this industrial success, the rejuvenation of Yen So Park and its lakes creates a thriving green lung for the capital. This dual approach dramatically improves the quality of life for the surrounding community and serves as an international benchmark for sustainable master-planning and environmental conservation.
