Long before we were a global name, we took on the tides of Lumut to build a stronghold for the country. As our first large-scale foray into marine engineering, this turnkey project transformed the Perak coastline into a vital strategic asset.

During Phase 1, we delivered the marine structure construction by combining modern engineering with traditional wisdom. By using the Chinese lunar calendar to accurately predict tidal conditions, we ensured our machinery was never submerged, enabling the marine structure works to be completed ahead of schedule.

The successful delivery of the first phase of the Lumut Naval Harbour project led to us being awarded the second phase, which comprised the Naval Dockyard Complex and offshore structures.

The development of the dockyard and offshore structures provides a permanent home for the Royal Malaysian Navy. This achievement required us to master the complexities of building in a maritime environment, an expertise vastly different from our traditional on-ground works.

This isn't just a dockyard. It is a cornerstone of national security and a proud symbol of our early engineering ambition that continues to serve the nation today.
