The Pan Borneo Highway is the essential transport backbone for Sarawak, bridging the distance between Pantu Junction and Batang Skrang. Through the Naim Gamuda joint venture, this infrastructure project modernises an 89.30km stretch of road. By replacing the old two-lane single carriageway with a high-capacity four-lane dual carriageway, the highway provides a safer, more efficient route for all users.

The project adheres to the rigorous JKR R5 standard, ensuring the infrastructure is durable enough for East Malaysia’s tropical environment. This development acts as a catalyst for economic renewal, opening previously inaccessible areas to new investment and opportunity. It ensures Sarawak’s transport network is equipped to support the region’s long-term growth.
